From Line to Form.
GRAFITO is a studio practice rooted in the tactile language of materials - an evolving exploration that begins with paper and drawing, stays in paper or expands into fabric, texture, and three-dimensional forms. Named after the Spanish word for graphite, GRAFITO honors the raw intimacy of the mark, the sketch, the trace of an idea.
What begins as a line becomes an object. Each piece, whether on paper or in fabric, is a study in contrast: fluid yet structured, gestural yet precise. Through a process that merges hand-drawing, textile manipulation, and experimental materiality, GRAFITO transforms the ephemeral into the tangible—giving depth and dimension to what is usually flat.
Our work exists in the space between disciplines: art and design, craft and concept, surface and structure. GRAFITO is both a medium and a mindset - an invitation to see texture as language and form as expression.
